How do i get passes?
Parking Passes and Day Use are purchased as you enter gate at 3889 Co Rd 348, Concan, TX 78838.

What does Reserved Parking include?
Reserved Parking Spot ($30/vehicle) includes:
- Private parking for 1 vehicle
- Easy walk-in access to the Frio River to put in tubes to being your float.
No use of banks. No return shuttles.
What does day access include?
Day Use of banks, river access, + parking ($50/vehicle) includes:
- Private parking for 1 vehicle for up to 5 people
- Easy walk-in access to the Frio River
- Open space along the riverbanks to sit, relax, and enjoy. First come, first serve.
No overnight stays—this is day-use only.
$10/each additional person
Is this parking per person or per vehicle?
Parking Spot Passes - priced per vehicle.
Day Use & Access Passes - priced per vehicle with max of 5 occupants. $10 per each additional person. This is to ensure the banks are not overcrowded.
Do I need a reservation for river access?
At this time we do not take advanced reservations. Passes are purchased at the entry gate day of.

How close is the parking to the river?
Parking includes direct walk-in access to the Frio River—no shuttle or long-distance walking required.
The entire property is approximately 3 acres from gate to river.
Do you have return shuttles for tubers?
No. For Parking Pass Only options, you are welcome to begin your tube from The Banks Of The Frio Property. We do not rent or sell tubes or provide return shuttles.
Can I bring my own tubes?
Yes. Whether purchasing a Parking Pass Only or Day Use Pass you are welcome to bring your own tubes.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes, you’re welcome to leave and return. Just let the attendant know before you leave so your reserved parking spot is held for you.
What is your inclement weather policy?
We operate rain or shine, but your safety and experience come first.
- If weather conditions prevent us from opening (such as severe weather or unsafe river conditions), you will have the option to reschedule your reservation or receive a full refund.
- If we are open and operating, reservations are non-refundable. Weather can change quickly, and light rain or temporary conditions do not qualify for refunds.
- If weather occurs after your visit has begun or later in the day, no refunds will be issued.

What should I bring?
Day Use Passes are welcome to bring:
- Chairs, towels, blankets
- Coolers (NO GLASS)
- Umbrellas or shade setups
- Picnic items (NO grills or open fires)
- Anything you need to enjoy a relaxing day by the river.
Are there any items that are NOT permitted?
For the safety of others, protection and preservation of the natural area, and in accordance with County regulations, we DO NOT PERMIT:
- GLASS of any kind (not even if it stays in your bag).
- Grills - charcoal, wood, or gas.
- Open fires
- Fireworks
- Boomboxes, large speakers, loud speakers, or playing music loudly.
- Weapons
